Do you want to make real progress as a developer during your internship? Working on their own systems and websites for well-known brands such as Escape Tours, Klimbos Garderen, Veluwe Specialist and Kroongeheim? At SOS Events you will not only contribute to the technology, but also to cool experiences.
Fully participate in front- and backend.Working on real projects for real users.

What will you do?
During your internship, you will work on building, improving and maintaining our websites and internal systems. You will participate fully in a small, enthusiastic team of three developers and contribute ideas on how to make our platforms better, faster and more user-friendly. Together we will tackle new projects, work with existing applications and learn how to transform ideas into concrete solutions.Your internship will be at our location in Uddel (working from home is not possible for this internship), where you will work together with colleagues from development, marketing and communication. No two days are the same, and you will have all the freedom and support you need to develop into an independent developer and discover what you like.
What am I going to learn?
- Front-end development with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Backend development (PHP, MySQL)
- Version control and working with Git
- Working in teams on projects
- Technical troubleshooting of existing systems
- Creating structure through project-based work

We ask
- You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in web development or software development
- You have knowledge of HTML(5), CSS(3) and JavaScript (libraries such as jQuery or React are a plus)
- Knowledge of PHP and MySQL is a plus
- You think in solutions and turn technology into working applications
- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and a real team player
- Living within a 30 km radius and no more than three quarters of an hour travel time.
